Make a Solar Panel DIY Part 3

www.iqsolarpower.com – Build a solar panel with solar cells…

What is the lifespan of a solar panel?

If I leave a solar panel out for hundreds of years, will it keep producing electricity? Assuming a small tribe keeps cleaning it and it wasn’t accidentally broken – how long until it stopped functioning?

How to build a Solar Panel from Solar Cells DIY Part 1

How to build a Solar Panel from Solar Cells DIY Part 1 This is a video of how I build solar panels from single solar cells wired in series. This is a great DIY “do it yourself” Green power project. These solar panels are very powerful and following these steps you will be able to make them for 1/3 of what they sell them for in the stores. If your looking to get off the grid or just drop your electric bill this is perfect for you! Stay tuned for up and coming parts. I will seal these solar panels and test them in up and coming videos. We will even show how we install it on my own home and how I connect it to our grid tie inverter. I hope you enjoy the video. All the best, -Pete Mixcat.com mixcatcom

How to charge a 9v rechargeable battery with a solar panel?

Hi, I’m wanting to conduct a little experiment with a 4×6 6 volt solar panel, to make a self charging 9v battery pack.

to recharge a 9v battery with the solar panel, I could directly hook up the positive and negative to the battery, but then I wouldn’t know when the battery is fully charged, then I could Over charge the battery and cause damage couldn’t I?

How would I get around this problem?

How to setup my home on Solar Panel?

how much watt of solar panel do i need for a 10watt LED bulb?

i’m dealing with a street lamp design which is powered by solar energy.

and after some researches, i decided to use a 10 watt LED bulb for the street lamp. and i want to know that how much watt of solar panel do i need to supply electricity to the bulb.

besides, how much volt of battery is needed? the street lamp must be able to store energy during day time so that the street lamp works during night time. and in case of raining, do i need more battery to store energy?

btw, what else do i need for the street lamp? controller?

What is most potent type of solar panel inch for inch to power things directly without a battery in da circuit?

I’ll have about an 8ft x 4ft space to power a fan, lights and a netbook. Thanks for reading.
I have a camping trailer that has window light. I will add batteries to the mix later as expensive as they are. I just primarily need a fan blowing on me in the day time when it’s hot. My laptop will work when it’s cloudy or night because it has a battery. At night I can use a flashlight at first.

Tile Roof Solar Panel Installation Tips

www.solardave.com This is my 1st video interview with John Shaw Project Engineer Bella Energy of out of Louisville Colorado. Anderson Hoke Project Engineer is also interviewed in this clip. SolarDave: Installing solar panels on a tile roof can be tricky, what is your approach ? John Shaw: The easiest way to do PV on a tile roof weather that is curved Spanish tile or flat concrete tiles is to use building integrated PV product. Sharp has a product, Open Energy has a product, both of them basically hang on the battens. They are silicon cells so they are not the thin film amorphous that simply means that they are as efficient as a standard panel from Sharp or Evergreen or what not. They get screwed in to the roof decking just like the concrete tiles. They intergrate with the concrete tile with a lip, this perticular one made by Open Energy is a 35 watt tile, it replaces 3 concrete tiles and it is basically the same height as a concrete tile and the width of them is the same and it is really the easiest way to do solar on a curved spanish tile or flat concrete tile roof. If one wants to do standard tiles, there is a couple of ways to do it – the most laborious way would be to remove all the tile and and fasten to the beam. But the way Sharp suggests that we do it is basically retrofiting so we back out just the tiles necessary where we need to make our attachments. Anderson Hoke: You can pull one or two or 4 tiles right where you need to make the connection. You can pull out
