I think you can buy solar powered pumps for ponds and such. They are usually pretty weak. You would need a lot of solar panels to power a larger pump.
No. It’s only a small part of everything that is needed.
Other parts you will need are batteries, voltage regulator, inverter.
20 watts is not much power. That would run a small DC fountain pump. For anything larger, you would have to match the power rating of the pump.
